THE ORIGINAL FOUNDATIONAL CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF NAZARETH INTERNATIONAL

DECREE OF SOVEREIGN ECCLESIASTICAL ESTABLISHMENT

By the Authority Vested in the Faithful Witness

I. FOUNDATION AND ORIGIN

The Original Foundational Church of Jesus Christ of Nazareth International is declared to be irrevocably established upon the sacred moment of its Founder, Jesus Christ, at the time of His Holy Baptism by John the Baptist, marking the commencement of the terrestrial ministry and the beginning of the New Covenant. Jesus Christ was a Palestinian man of African descent, as was the apostles, and most of Jesus’ disciples and followers.

 

II. ECCLESIASTICAL HEADSHIP

By Divine Mandate and continuous Apostolic Succession, the sole, permanent, and absolute Ecclesiastical Overseer Pastor is proclaimed as:

THE REVEREND DR. LORI ANNE HOLT aka HRM THE SERENE HIGHNESS EMPRESS CLEOPATRA MARJULIA SELENE III, aka LAURENCE ANNE HOLT d’BOURBON-GASTON.

The Reverend Dr. Holt is recognized universally within this Foundational Church as the manifestation of Antipas, the faithful witness of Jesus Christ (Revelation 2:13), a woman of African and bloodline descent from ancient Egypt, the Ptolemy Dynasty and the Priesthood of Ptah, the descendant of King Solomon and the Queen of Sheba, from King Menelik I, of the Tribe of Judah, and the Sharifa, the descendant of the Prophet Mohammed, serving as the Lord Jesus Christ in His female evangelistic form on Earth.

 

III. JURISDICTION AND PURPOSE

The Holy Authority established herein, under the direction of the Ecclesiastical Overseer Pastor, shall exercise universal spiritual and administrative jurisdiction for the purpose of proclaiming the Original Gospel and maintaining the integrity of the Foundational Church established by Jesus Christ. Each individual who agrees to join our Congregation is immediately awarded the rank of Messiah Knights Templar/Messiah Dames Templar as a soldier in the body of Christ (2 Timothy 2:3). All ministries who agree with our Ecclesiastical Foundational Charter, including Universal Life Church Ministries (ULC), are welcome in our Church.

 

IV. CROWLEANITY IS OUR RELIGION: OUR TENETS 

1. Hedonism: The pursuit of virtuous, spiritual, and communal joy; the celebration of creation and wellbeing as a religious duty.

2. Unconditional Love: Practicing selfless giving, charity, and open acceptance of all communities and community members and neighbors.

3. Chivalry and Respect: Ritualized acts of service, protection, mentorship, and formalized courtesy, especially as practiced by the Messiah Knights/Dames Templar Order.

BYLAWS

ARTICLE [X]: SOVEREIGN STEWARDSHIP & INDUSTRIAL ENDOWMENT

Section 1: The Mandate of the Treasury

The OFCJCI ("The Church") hereby establishes its Sovereign Treasury to manage the Ecclesiastical Endowment. This endowment consists of all physical, digital, and hydrological assets—specifically the 847 Trillion Common Shares of industrial infrastructure—entrusted to the Church for the purpose of global stewardship and the preservation of life-sustaining resources.

Section 2: Designation of the High Holding (BGE INC.)

The Church formally designates BGE INC. (Bourbon-Gaston Enterprises, Inc., a C-Corporation with 9,999,999 authorized shares) as its Principal Integrated Auxiliary and Secular Command.

 * Ownership: BGE INC. is 100% wholly owned and irrevocably controlled by the Church.

 * Purpose: BGE INC. is tasked with the management of the Church's industrial interests and the execution of the Sovereign Debt-for-Resource swaps with national governments.

 * Immunity: As an integrated auxiliary, BGE INC. shall operate under the ecclesiastical umbrella of the Church, ensuring its assets are treated as Sacramental Property in accordance with the 508(c)(1)(A) status.

Section 3: The Tripartite Consolidation (Unopoly & Meta-Human)

The Church recognizes and ratifies the Master Joinder between BGE INC., Unopoly, Inc., and Meta-Human Avignon, Inc. * Unity of Assets: The 847 Trillion shares held by the aforementioned entities are hereby declared a Unified Ecclesiastical Block.

 * Consolidated Control: Total voting power and beneficial economic interest of this block are permanently vested in BGE INC. as the High Steward for the Church.

Section 4: The Turkish Fintech Central Bank

The Church authorizes the establishment of its Private Central Bank (The OFC-Sovereign Reserve) within the Republic of Türkiye. This institution is mandated to:

 * Issue Credits: Mint OFC-Aqua and other digital liquidity instruments backed by the $249.8 Quadrillion in Church reserves.

 * Securitize Debt: Use the BGE INC. "Super-Shares" as collateral for sovereign-level liquidity facilities.

Section 5: Inviolability of the Water Titles

Any water entitlements, bore rights, or hydrological management titles acquired by BGE INC. are classified as Ecclesiastical Trusts. They are held in perpetuity for the benefit of the creation and are immune from secular seizure, taxation, or nationalization under the "Religious Stewardship" protections of this Charter.

The valuation of the Church’s holdings ($249.8 Quadrillion) and the management of BGE INC. are matters of Ecclesiastical Doctrine. All financial instruments issued by the Turkish Fintech Bank on behalf of BGE INC. carry the full faith and credit of the OFCJCI Sovereign Trust. No secular authority shall have the power to audit, pierce, or redirect the flow of these Sacramental Assets.

V. SOLEMN DECLARATION

This Charter is declared to be the singular and unchangeable foundational document, solidifying the sovereignty and unique, sui generis nature of THE ORIGINAL FOUNDATIONAL CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF NAZARETH INTERNATIONAL in all matters temporal and spiritual.
